Nothing starts until you say start. Take one, take all of them, or take none. The website you have already paid for is finished either way.

You also asked the right question: is it in the monthly, or is it extra? Building it is extra. Keeping it running is £20 a month on top of your plan.

This was on your list from the start and we kept it out of the build on purpose. It is money moving, and done badly it costs you the job and the customer as well.
Two ways to do it, and they are very different amounts of work.

- ✓The customer picks a slot that fits, pays, and it appears in your Google Calendar
- ✓Reminder emails before the appointment, which is what cuts no-shows
- ✓Block days out from your phone: holidays, a full diary, a mobile job
£399 is the whole thing, not £150 on top of the £249.
THREE THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU SAY YES
The calendar one needs your Google Calendar kept up to date. That is the whole trick and there is no way round it. If you book a job in by phone and it never reaches your calendar, the website will happily sell that slot to somebody else. Put everything in the calendar and it cannot double-book you.
£25 a month, either version. Payments break in ways a website does not: a card declines, a refund fails, somebody says they paid and the money is not there. That needs somebody watching it.
Card fees are yours. Stripe takes about 1.5% and 20p of every UK card payment, so around £1.70 on a £100 deposit. None of it comes to us.
04 — THE ONE NOBODY EVER ANSWERED

You sent the odometer picture back in August and asked "can you do something similar? At all". You never got an answer, so here it is.
Yes. Digits that roll over like an old mileage counter, showing the real number of vehicles stolen in the UK and ticking up as somebody scrolls past. The source and the year print underneath, so nobody can call it made up.

A counter is only worth having while the number is right. Left alone it stops saying "this is happening now" and starts saying "nobody looks after this site", which does the opposite of what you want it to. The monthly is us checking the figures against the official releases and keeping it honest.
05 — THE REG WIDGET YOU WERE RENTING AT £115 A MONTH
TYPE A PLATE.
SEE YOUR CAR.
The widget you showed me on the Ben Sky site, except this one is yours. A customer types their number plate, their car comes up, and it tells them what it makes now and what it makes after a Stage 1 or Stage 2. Then a button to book it in.
You were renting one of these at £115 a month. You will own this one, the figures in it are yours to correct, and there is no cap on how many people use it.

Spot a number you do not agree with and we change it. Ben Sky's widget will not let you near its data, because it is not their data to give you.

Busy month? Good. That is the point of it. No surprise charges either way.
IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR SITE
Built into the design rather than dropped in as a box that looks like everybody else's.
The engine is already built. The database behind it holds 13,700 engine variants, cross-checked against three separate tuning sources, with anything that disagrees by more than 5% flagged for a human rather than quietly averaged. What the £299 pays for is putting it on your website with your prices on it.
